The 2002 move of Holy Trinity's Game and Ethnic Dinner to the Colorado Brewery and Steakhouse in City Center Danbury has been a huge success. Attendance reached nearly 150 people and continues to grow steadily. As always, the varied dishes are of the highest quality combining those prepared under the guidance of the Brewery's chefs, with those prepared by our friends and parish family.
In this venue, the availability of the Brewery's beverages to compliment the game dishes and has been a welcome addition. As always, the enthusiasm and fellowship of the attendees provides the finishing touch to a unique family friendly event.
The 2004 dinner is Sunday afternoon February 8th starting at 1:30 at the "Colorado". Seating is limited and reservations are strongly recommended. Contact Fr. Luke Mihaly at 748-0671 for information.
